General Betting Terms
- Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 BDT. Maximum limits vary depending on the bet type and event.
- Odds Changes: If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the user will need to accept the updated odds to proceed.
- Bet Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, the related bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
- Incorrect Odds: kkok reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly incorrect or displayed due to a technical error.
- Live Betting: There may be delays in in-play betting. A bet is only considered confirmed once the server has processed it.
Match Result Determination
Kkok determines betting outcomes based on official results from the relevant international sports authorities. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, kkok's decision shall be final.
Cash Out Feature: Cash out is available on selected bets during a match. The cash-out amount is determined by the current state of the match and may be lower or higher than your original potential winnings.

Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.

Welcome Bonus Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkok platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
- Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any match or event.
- Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profit by placing simultaneous bets across multiple platforms.
- Bots & Automated Software: Using any automated tools or bots for betting purposes.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account under the same identity.
- Bonus Abuse: Repeatedly attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting unauthorized access to kkok's technology or systems.
Kkok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account in the following circumstances.

- Suspicious or fraudulent financial transactions.

Before closing an account, kkok will generally give the user an opportunity to explain. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.
Kkok strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, kkok will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances.
- If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure or a technical fault on the user's device.
- Transactions made during unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance may experience delays.

- Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
